A product with a pH level which is matched to the area of the body for which the product is designed to be used. Different areas of the body have different pH levels.
The concept of pH Balanced highly depends on what part of the body the product is intended for use. For example, pH 4.5 of a product is pH Balanced for the vaginal area whereas not balanced for other parts of the Skin and definitely not balanced for around the eye area.
